How to Sort Transactions or Calls

Every column in calls and transactions is sortable. 

Option 1: Sort by Column  

If you'd like to see calls by date, alphabetical order, rep, event name, status etc... it is one click away 

Simply click the top of the column you'd like to sort and you are good to go. 

Option 2: Sort by filter 

You can sort any of the data by adding a filter at the top of the page. This is a great way to see only one rep, one event type, one call status i.e. all "closed" calls etc... 

After adding a filter, you can change the date range to see calls or transactions within that range with the given filter
