Transactions aren't showing up
If your transactions aren't showing up in Glance, or some of your transactions aren't showing up chances are it's one of two things.
1. Confirm that your payment processor is properly integrated
2. Clear your browser cache/cookies and restart your browser
How to clear in Chrome:
Chrome
- On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
- Select the Clear browsing data link.
- In the data drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data.
- Select the Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
- Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
How to clear in Safari:
- Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
- Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
- Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.
Restart your browser and log back in to Glance. If the issue still isn't fixed please reach out to us at support@useglance.com
