How to mark a call missed
By default, all calls will be marked as "show" in Glance
There is no automation to mark the call missed as there's no way to tell if they picked up the phone, attended the zoom etc.. so reps have to mark each call.
To mark a call "missed" just login to Glance, go to the call and change it from "show" to "Missed"
It is recommend that you have your sales reps do this at the end of each day so you have up to date stats.
