My new rep or user didn't receive a login email

1. Make sure the user is checking the same email inbox as is registered in your booking software, when looking for login details 

2. Have the user check their spam folder if you didn't already. The login email may have come from "support@digitalnomad.com" so they can also search his inbox for that

3. If none of that works, have them try to reset their password here >> https://app.useglance.com/forgotpassword

If the user still can't login, please email us at support@useglance.com with the admin email on the account, the user email and how many users you have, and we will resolve the issue asap.
